Position Summary: The role will focus on enhancing, supporting and deliveringEnterprise Infrastructure Client Servicesto the business, as part of a global team. The ideal candidate has a passion for system enhancements and administration using best practices, modern security best practices, and information technology solutions. The candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will assume ownership of the IT infrastructure and assets within the Wintel server platform. Required Skills: This role is subject to Export Control Restrictions (ITAR) and all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee. Prior experience with all Microsoft Server based Operating Systems. Design, implementation, migration and maintenance of Windows Server, including deployment, monitoring, integration & architecture. Provides Level 2-3 infrastructure support. Executes upgrades, migrations, optimizations, new implementations and identifies and resolves efficiency issues. Experience upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. Real-world experience of DevOps and Agile work experience. Experience writingscripts, templates, interfaces and utility applications to continuously improve functionality. Executes design and deploy activities for enhancing and maintaining operating environments. We would like to hear from you if you have: Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science (or related area) required. 8+ years' experience within the Information Technology industry required. Hybrid Cloud experience Desirable Skills: Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing global environment. Collaboration and influencing skills working effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders. Proven IT analytical and troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail. Experience of development lifecycle and of formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP) and service management (ITIL).
