This General Accounting position involves various accounting functions related to supporting corporate/staff as well as the operational units
· Monthly closing, journal entries and correspondence to multiple divisions
· Various monthly account reconciliations/analysis
· Monthly Sales Tax reporting
· Support Sales Tax Exemption process
· Budget review and analysis
· Fixed Asset maintenance
· Cost Accounting back-up
· Internal and external audit support
· Intercompany accounting/reconciliation
· Weekly Payroll processing support
· Various monthly accounting duties and responsibilities
· Special projects as necessary
Education/Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting
· One to two years accounting experience preferred
· Good knowledge of all aspects of general accounting
· Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively with others in a team environment
· Strong team player mindset/attitude
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $60,053 - $100,088
