SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Clinical Program Coordinator administers and coordinates all multidisciplinary activities associated with the Clinical Programs. The individual works in collaboration with the Medical Directors of the individual programs. He/she demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide care for the adult and geriatric patient population participating in the Programs. This individual is focused on the management of data related to the Clinical Programs as well as providing necessary support to ensure that program related activities are carried out. Such activities may include: team coordination, support groups, educational and promotional events. This individual possesses the ability to display and interpret data. The individual serves as a subject matter expert in the coordination of required accreditation activities. Conduct Tracer Activity. Plus, support both announced and unannounced hospital surveys.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing

  • Three (3) years of nursing experience

  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Program leadership or project management experience.

  • Performance Improvement experience
