Job Description :
Maintain and operate Microsoft Configuration Management (MCM) system. Install, support, and maintain servers by tuning system performance. Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information systems through patch management. Non-daytime shiftwork required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate Microsoft Configuration Management (MCM) system
Utilizing reports to monitor and maintain Enterprise Services
Package and deploy applications for servers and workstation
Install, support and maintain servers by tuning system performance
Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, availability of information systems through patch management to include antivirus installation and signature file updates and data archival/restoral
Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues
Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology
Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health
Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems
Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues
Required Qualifications:
Minimum five years' relevant experience
DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II
Experience with one or more of the following:
Microsoft Server 2012
Microsoft Windows 10
Linux
VMware
Data Center Storage Mgt
MCM
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Project strong customer focus
Physical Requirements:
