Kelly Services Human Resources Coordinator in Largo, Florida

Kelly Services We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to work in one of our premier customers.

The HR Coordinator works closely with the local HR Manager and is responsible for activities supporting the Service team. The service organization is spread across the Americas region and directly services or supports service capabilities on medical devices. Our organization is comprised of hourly and salaried employees who work in our local service facility or in the field at a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings. You make an impact to save and sustain lives by executing on activities associated with timekeeping auditing, payroll sign off, onboarding, recruiting process, data management, and special projects.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with the HR Manager in our Largo Service facility to provide additional support on timekeeping, payroll, data management, recruitment and new hire functions:

  • As a local system admin, works autonomously and is responsible for timekeeping, payroll sign off, troubleshooting payroll issues, data management, and overseeing the recruitment for content worker staffing.

  • Conduct regular timekeeping audits in a proactive manner to ensure compliance with federal, local laws, and company policy.

  • Enforce good timekeeping practices with employees, leads, and managers gathered from observation, audit findings, and feedback.

  • Complete timekeeping system data updates for new employees, promotions, and changes.

  • Oversees the contingent worker recruitment process together with supervisors and vendor talent lead to ensure program is effective and works with HR Manager to provide regular updates, problem solve, and on strategic initiatives.

  • May conduct prescreening interview for referral candidates.

  • Leads new hire onboarding in partnership with local process and announces local New Hire Orientation roster.

  • Assist employees with questions using Baxter’s self-service philosophy.

  • Assists with data management including providing reports, processing workflow changes, data audits, coordinating terminations, and final pay requests.

  • Assists and collaborates with the HR Manager on special projects and enterprise events such as annual enrollment, data audits, engagement surveys, talent review process.

  • Continuously looks at the ways of working to improve and recommends solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum two-year associate degree is required with a four-year degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of payroll, Workday, and UKG system experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.

  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, strategic, problem identification, and process management skills.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR management components such as payroll, onboarding, data management, recruiting.
