Job Overview:

As a Help Desk Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping solve their technical woes and delivering effective solutions. This involves troubleshooting software/hardware issues, ensuring prompt assistance, bolstering customer satisfaction, and aiding clients in optimizing their experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical aid for various applications, internal operating systems, and productivity software.

  • Address technical support requests via phone and email.

  • Resolve recurring technical issues at their core.

  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures and consult Knowledge Base Articles to resolve technical problems.

  • Manage user accounts in a client-server environment.

    Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Advisor who's driven by technology and thirst for learning in the IT field.

  • CompTIA certifications (such as A+, Net+, Sec+) along with industry certifications (i.e. MCP or CCENT) or equivalent education can substitute for experience with IT support ticketing systems and Tier 1 Support.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient problem-solving skills.

  • Able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.

  • ServiceNow familiarity, experience with WLAN, and Spanish language skills are an added advantage.
