Insight Global Bilingual Compliance Assistant in Laurel, Maryland

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from clients and internal personnel regarding project updates.

Documentation case-related activities, communications, project updates, and decisions.

Data entry and light data analysis (inputting data into MS Excel, filtering/sorting, basic formulas)

Adhere to privacy regulations and organizational policies.

Communicate with English and Spanish speaking employees and clients.

Maintain accurate records of all case-related documentation and correspondence.

Operate effectively in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, light Excel).

Handle various administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills:

Experience in a compliance related role (also open to HR, Operations, Data Entry).

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Comfortable working in a smaller office, fully onsite.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound judgments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ability to learn new programs & tools. null
