Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers for projects located in Laurel Springs, NC . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $35/hr based on experience and skill level. If you are an Ironworker eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!
Job Scope:
Interpret blueprints
Lay out and fabricate structural steel and sheet metal
Cut and shape steel using hand and power tools
Assemble steel girders, pipework, beams, etc.
Weld beams, columns, and girders into place
Operate tower cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to put steel components into position
Other tasks as assigned
