Prince Telecom is hiring entry level Fiber Optic InstallationTechnicians to join our team in the Lawrenceville, GA area!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay range: $17-$20/hr + incentives!

What you will do:
Install and repair fiber optics systems.
Set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT’s, routers and switches.
Perform tests on company issued devices and customer devices.
Interface with customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
Drive a company vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
Complete paperwork accurately and report/record all work order status updates.
Greet and interact with customers in a professional courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated customer concerns.
Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement.
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
Who we are looking for…
Minimum 18 years old
Valid driver's license required
Authorized to work in the United States for this company without sponsorship
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
Comfortable working through inclement weather
Able to use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Effective communication skills
Able to travel and work extended hours (overtime and weekends as needed)
Able to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weight of up to 80lbs
