Robert Half Senior Accountant in Layton, Utah

Description

We have an opening for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Accountant. The right applicant for this Senior Accountant role will be someone who is skilled and result-oriented.

Senior Accountant will handle:

  • Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

  • Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

  • Participate in various department-wide initiatives

  • Ad-hoc projects as necessary

  • Review and analyze accrual basis general ledger for accuracy and reasonableness

  • Book journal entries

    Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

  • Strong Excel skills required

  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently

  • 3-5 years accounting experience
