We are hiring 3 newly created role at Becton Dickinson as a Senior Manager in our therapeutic segment! As a key member of our global business management team, you will contribute to the general management of the therapeutic segment and play a crucial role in driving the vision, strategy, and commercialization of new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with our global and regional organizations to ensure the successful implementation of our strategy. As a Senior Global Business Manager, Vaccine and antico your day will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving innovation. You'll contribute to defining product roadmaps, identifying market trends, and supporting the commercialization of new business opportunities!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and communication of the global business strategy and operational direction for the product/therapeutic segment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, and Operations) to define annual and multi-generational product roadmaps, strategic plans, and launch planning

  • Develop a sales strategy for existing products in target markets, as well as new products and markets

  • Support product life-cycle management and line extensions to drive customer satisfaction

  • Identify market trends impacting the portfolio and support the business strategy

  • Assist in launch planning, sales tools, public policy, advertising, and trade shows

  • Identify new product innovations, optimize the product portfolio, and manage product life cycles, forecasting, and pricing

  • Understand global customers' product/platform knowledge and needs

  • Contribute to achieving financial targets in terms of revenue and standard GP

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the development and execution of business and product strategy

  • Analyze and apply key market data to drive business opportunities

  • Establish and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Support Demand and pipeline reviews to inform supply chain forecasting, Budget, and ASR

  • Manage strategic relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and technological partners

Your Qualifications:

  • Seeking a senior business leader with around 10 years of experience responsible for overseeing major programs and developing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Strong foundation in program management, specializing in R&D, manufacturing, or marketing.

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or injectable medical devices with strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystem would be IDEAL.

  • Background in highly regulated markets with matrix organizations within B2B markets, could be considered.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation.

  • Global perspective with a deep understanding of international market trends and challenges.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage and influence stakeholders across regions.

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

This role is located in our global headquarter in Pont de Claix (Grenoble area) and offers a 2 days from home working option aligned with BD working policy.
