Astronics Corp. / Luminescent Systems Inc., a leader in aerospace lighting technology and applications, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line

• Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation

• Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regard to process, equipment setup and documentation

• Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR

• Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use

• Assist with root cause analysis

• Assist with introduction of new products and processes

• Continuous improvement of process and products

• Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes

• Demonstrated experience in training technical material

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task

• Strong problem solving skills

• Proficient with computer and ERP systems
