Weyerhaeuser's Santiam Lumber facility has an opening for a Product Supply Manager at their lumber mill in Lebanon, Oregon. This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Operations Manager. As the mill's Product Supply Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of the finished goods inventory system and the order file, with focus in the areas of inventory accuracy, flow, and rotation.
• Planning and supervising the preparation of orders for shipment, loading of trucks to meet customer commitments, and on-time shipping
• Plan, develop, manage, and provide effective leadership for the Shipping team
• Raise performance by building and maintaining positive relationships with all associates through coaching, development and instilling a continuous improvement mind-set
• Ensure the safety of all associates and outside vendors by identifying safety issues and taking measures to proactively address concerns
• Accurately record and analyze daily shipping reports for quality and optimization, and inventory control of finished products
• Proactively resolve employee issues, build teamwork, and ensure adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
• Forecasting and scheduling mill finished production utilizing all S&OP tools and processes.

• Minimum 6 months experience with SAP

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $81,000 to $121,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
