Description

We are looking for a Plant Controller to join our client in the Lebanon, Pennsylvania area This Plant Controller role will involve overseeing all aspects of the plant and/or divisional accounting and financial functions, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial analysis to support effective business decisions, developing and interpreting financial information, and providing training on systems and financial processes.

Responsibilities of the Plant Controller include:

• Oversee the plant's profit and loss statements, inventory, annual budget, and monthly and quarterly forecasts.

• Prepare and analyze material usage, cost statements, manufacturing statistics, labor analysis, and sales analysis.

• Analyze operating and financial results to identify trends and activities.

• Provide guidance on customer profit performance and trends utilizing profitability analysis tools.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, DOA, and SOX.

• Analyze balance sheet for key accounts, including inventory and preparation or approval for account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience in a similar role as a Plant Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical, strategic planning and execution skills
