WHAT YOU’LL DO

As aRetailDistrict Manager, you will expand on your success as aretailmanager to oversee an assigned district ofaround 13stores,supportingdistrictoperations,monitoringindividual store performance, and people development.

District Operations

• Continually developingRetailStore Managers and hourly employees within the assigneddistrict

• Analyzingmetrics to set objectives/goals that lead to improvement in total retail operations toincrease sales and drive profitability for the district

• Partnering with theRestaurantDistrict Manager to uphold overall company expectations of guest service, cleanliness, and policy

Monitoring Store Performance

• Reviewingandanalyzingyour district’sRetailManagerperformance.

• Maintaining an adequate profit/loss ratio foreach gift shop

• Observing performance and adherence to operational processes and standards byvisitingstoresregularly

Qualifications

  WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 5 years of mulit-unit management experience with at least 2 years of Retail Management experience.

• Ability and willingness totravel within your assigned district

• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed

• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality

• Financial acumen and a strong knowledge of sales techniques
