Job Title: Welding Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Welding Engineer to join our expanding manufacturing team. Your primary role will be to ensure the proper functionality of welding equipment, provide technical guidance to welding operators, and manage a welding training program. Besides, you will be responsible for developing welding procedures in compliance with ISO 9002 standards and troubleshooting shop floor weld, robotic, and assembly issues. You will play a pivotal role in the Weld Engineering part of the product in our heavily automated facility.

Hard Skills

• Welding Engineer degree or similar

• 2+ years experience focused on welding within a manufacturing company

• ASME Welding Certification

• Experience with robotic welding

• Knowledge of ASME code application and interpretations

• Ability to develop procedures in compliance with ISO 9002 standards

• Ability to troubleshoot shop floor weld, robotic and assembly issues
