Description:

Job Responsibilities: • Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support. • Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services. • Field customer questions and complaints. • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. • Communicating with Eagle River Homes service technicians and Eagle River Homes sub-contractors. • Other tasks and projects as needed and assigned including ERP system implementation. Hours: 7:30 - 4 Monday - Friday.
