Signature IT World Inc Network Engineer in Lewis Center, Ohio
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP. Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security by Network Monitoring Systems and Device/Network Management Systems, like SNMP, etc. Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting. Arranging scheduled upgrades, Investigating faults in the network. Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Palo Alto Prisma Access / Global Protect -- Virtual Private Network (VPN), Cisco ASA, SM56, Firepower 5500 series, and Internet systems. Assisting in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Using Solar Winds to monitor and update minor and major changes in the network. Managing 2003 and 2010 exchange server, DNS, and DHCP Server (Windows based). Must be willing to travel to set up systems to various clients at unanticipated locations across the nation and perform feasibility studies and evaluate user requirements.
