Job Summary:
Machine Operators work within the production line to produce quality products in a safe and efficient manner. Pre-Priming operators must be able to learn the mechanics of the machine in order to notice any possible malfunctions which may occur during the operating processes, while gaining technical knowledge on possible repair functions with higher level machine operator positions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the operation, functions, and processes of the equipment.
- Maintains a correct record keeping system to ensure production efficiency meets company standards
- Performs start up procedure for equipment
- Completes all duties while following company safety and environmental policies.
- Communicate with machine technicians to determine needs.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Performs other duties as directed.
