This position is located in Hazard, KY.

The University of Kentucky Center of Excellence in Rural Health is currently hiring an Administrative Support Associate I to join our Business Office team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including accounts payable and procurement activities, payroll, inventory audits, and general office administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office, SAP, Concur, SRM, PRD, business office experience, excellent communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree with 3-5 years of experience providing accounting and staff support to a business office.
