Risk of working at heights above 4 feet occasionally.ShiftMonday through Friday, (40hrs/wk.).Job SummaryReporting to the Associate Dean for Finance, Administration, and Operations, the Director of Facilities provides leadership for UK Libraries facilities. This position is responsible for effectively managing the maintenance and operations of UK Libraires facilities, facility renovations and special projects, as well as facilities policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for managing the library facility renovation projects and those associated budgets. In addition, this individual directly supervises three full-time facilities staff.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesPrefer direct supervision and management experience. Valid Driver’s License preferred.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
