Job Profile Title:
Field Service Specialist I
Location/Division Specific Information Lexington, KY
How will you make an impact?-
Manage, monitor, and continually improve Badger and Badgers partners ability to monitor, remotely correct, repair and perform maintenance on robot solutions deployed to customers.
What will you do?-
Manage and facilitate training and certification of Service Partner technicians in the proper repair and maintenance of Badger Robots
Main contact point for Service Partner technicians regarding tools, training and documentation related questions/support
Support data categorization and analysis of robot field service visits, utilizing the information to help identify training opportunities and improve first time fix rate
Regularly monitor reports to identify trends and/or underperforming robots and schedule service as needed
Audit Service Partner technician and Skybox performance and drive improvements based on findings
Support training and certification of Skybox agents for monitoring, remote correction and management of customer robot solutions as needed
Support new customer evaluations with store mapping and robot installation as needed.
May perform other duties and assigned tasks as need
Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or Global, up to 35%
Flexibility to travel on short notice
How will you get here?-
Education:
High School Diploma Required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training supporting electro-mechanical devices
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written for both internal and customer facing)
Strong data gathering and analytical skills
Experience with MS Office tools, e.g. Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
Creative and innovative problem solver
Ability to multi-task; and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Some technical college classes or associate degree desirable
A combination of education, training or work experience will be considered
