A client of ours in the legal field located in Lexington, KY are seeking a Paralegal. This person will be responsible for Federal and State Efilings, legal research, and ensuring all documents are up to date. You will also be responsible for preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials as needed. This position is a full time permanent role offering a competitive salary and benefits.

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.

• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.

• Prepare for and attend meetings, hearings, and trials as needed.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing billing.
