Medical terminology knowledge/experience is preferred, as is customer service experience in healthcare.IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered)Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Windows, EPIC, Telephone etiquette, customer serviceDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
