Job Title: Prep Laborer

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the paint and stain department of a large cabinet manufacturer. Your main duties will include setting up cabinets to be painted, prepping parts for painting (taping, sanding, etc), and applying and wiping off excess stains. Additionally, you may be required to fill up paint buckets and deliver to paint areas. As you grow in your role, there is potential to move into production or machine operating, where you will be trained to use hand and power tools to assemble wood parts for kitchen cabinets, install hinges, latches, and other hardware on the cabinets, and perform fast-paced and repetitive work in an assembly line environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Liberty Lake, Washington.

Work Environment

You will be working in a large production facility with 500 employees. Despite being a wood production facility, it is very clean and temperature controlled. The focus of the work is building cabinets and doors. The shift is Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm with opportunities for overtime and no weekends.
