In this critical role, you will champion our Sales and Operations Planning process, fostering integration across all business functions to raise the maturity level for S&OP /SOE enterprise wide. Duties & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Orchestrating the SOE, Pre-S&OP, and S&OP forums. The S&OP senior manager helps participants prepare, ensures that actions are recorded, and decision points are framed with a recommendation to meet demand profitably by aligning sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Demand Planning: Partner with Business units on demand review improvements, Product portfolio reviews, forecast accuracy, action tracking and continuous improvement activities. Supply Planning & Inventory Management: Drive standardization for Supply Consensus meetings between planners and procurement so that changes and risks are identified on the long term horizon. Formulate and implement strategies to include inventory in supply plans so that tradeoffs are identified and managed. Incorporate KPIs to guide data driven decision making. Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged in the S&OP process. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, driving cohesion and unified action. Initial focus is SOE improvements. Transformation, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement: Lead transformational projects to drive business innovation and operational efficiency. Implement best practices, identify tool and process requirements, and support newcomers in learning the S&OP/SOE process. Regularly seek feedback from stakeholders on process and meeting effectiveness to identify areas of improvement. S&OP Maturity Improvement: Execute the S&OP maturity strategic roadmap to elevate maturity level and deliver greater business value. Measure and monitor KPI's to support process health. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 10 years in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership, strategic impact, and change management. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with expertise in navigating complex organizational structures. Strong influencing across multiple levels, experience in a matrix environment, comfort with ambiguity, and adaptable, proactive approach. Excellent meeting facilitation skills. Proven experience in leading transformational initiatives and implementing change management strategies. Strong strategic thinking abilities, logical problem solving, practical solution deployment with a bias for action that will enable long-term plans that align with organizational goals. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Comfort with interpreting data and diagnose challenges. Extensive experience in planning and S&OP process. Proficiency in Planning software and advanced Excel skills. Oracle preferred. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
