Nana Poppins Childcare Development Center Lead and Assistant Teachers in Lima, Ohio
Job Description:
As a Lead or Assistant Teacher you will teach and supervise children from the ages of Newborn up to 14 years old while also creating fun and interactive learning experiences!
Pay: $15.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour increase after 6 months and successfully completing training and perfect attendance.
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- As a Lead or Assistant Teacher you will be responsible for providing daily care for children in your classroom
- Prepare and distribute meals
- Ensure the daily care and well-being of every child in your care
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development
- Effectively communicate with families to provide updates and build positive relationships
- Ongoing training is required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR GED is required
- Must successfully pass a background check
- CDA is preferred
- Willingness to learn, complete required training, and follow instructions
- Attendance is required along with flexibility to work scheduled shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
Shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
