Job Title: Aircraft Technician

Job Description

The Aircraft Technician assists with testing, adjusting, repairing, and other maintenance tasks related to airframe systems and components on various airframes. This role involves working under limited supervision in a safe, clean, and professional environment, adhering to manufacturer's specifications, approved procedures, and customer specifications. The technician prepares and completes documentation timely, orders aircraft parts, performs minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repairs. Maintenance will be primarily on Business Jets including Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon. Sheetmetal or structures experience is highly valued.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The work environment is a temperature-controlled hangar with heated floors during winter. Shifts available: 1st shift 6:00am - 4:00pm M-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 2nd shift 2:00pm -12:00am M-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, Weekend shift Friday-Sunday (3 12-hour shifts with a 10% shift differential). Pay varies by level of experience: Mechanic 1 ($25-30/hr), Mechanic 2 ($30-35/hr, 3-5 years experience), Mechanic 3 ($35-45/hr, 5+ years experience). Per diem available for qualified candidates ($30.00/hr split $19/11/hr).
