We have a delightful client in Lincoln NH, looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will have some retail background, will be a team player, and comfortable working weekends. Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks including staff scheduling, payroll, meetings, training, supply management, and vendor coordination.

  • Manage daily operations of the Gift Shop, ensuring a welcoming environment and prompt customer service.

  • Provide leadership to ensure quality service and merchandise for all customers.

  • Assist in recruitment efforts to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

  • Oversee communications and provide daily crew sheets.

  • Coordinate social events

  • Maintain knowledge of events and procedures and provide superior customer service.

  • Be prepared to offer First Aid/CPR/AED in emergencies and resolve customer conflicts professionally.

  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and the public, demonstrating professionalism and tact.

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak seasons.
