The Practice Architect II position is a leadership position in the organization that is responsible for managing multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams/programs. The Practice Architect II provides consulting and delivery assurance of services for clients through a range of internal and external functions in the following areas: Consulting, Account Interaction, Service Delivery and Practice Delivery responsibilities.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Architect to join our team as a certified Microsoft Solution Partner in Modern Work in a rapidly growing team full of opportunity. As a certified expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing collaboration solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on Microsoft Cloud Endpoint Modernization, focusing on Intune and Microsoft Defender for M365.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their modern endpoint needs, business processes, and technical requirements.

• Design, architect, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions for large and complex client engagements for end point deployment & management, operating system and integrated hardware & software solutions as a service.

• Provide consulting and solution architecture for device management for mobile devices including cell phones, BYOD policies and governance.

• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Proactively stay up-to-date with Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap.

• Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 per year.

• Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications –: MS102- Certified Microsoft Administrator Expert, AND Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Cert SC-200 AND MD102- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.

• 5-7+ years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, directly working with clients.

• Ability to mentor engineers and support staff in modern endpoint technologies and best practices, including Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and CloudPC/Windows365.

• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.

Nice to Haves:

• Microsoft Certifications in related areas (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).

• ITIL certification.

• Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner.

• Lead or management level people management experience managing virtual and cross-organizational teams, including offshore and contract resources.

• Strong professional executive presence to present and communicate with senior leaders.
