District Manager – Roofing Sales

We are seeking a motivated District Manager to joinTrinity Solar’s Roofing Division!This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to drive the launch of a new channel at an existing industry leader.This is a ground level opportunity without the headaches of a startup.

In this role, you will build a team of talented sales representatives, train our proven sales strategy, and be poised to dominate the market. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, grow, and empower a thriving sales team that blends direct sales with company appointments,no “order-takers” needed

  • Achieve personal and team monthly goals in all key areas: Sales, Recruiting, and Training/Development

  • Organize and run weekly in person sales meetings at a company provided office, daily virtual meetings, monthly managers conference, and twice weekly management calls

  • Continue to develop yourself personally and professionally to lead from the front

  • The work week is Tuesday through Saturday

  • Cultivate and sustain and environment of accountability and performance

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience building and growing sales team(s)

  • Flexibility working evening appointments

  • Success Driven, Competitive, and Disciplined with high integrity

  • Self-starter that wants to build a team of high performance professionals

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills

  • Proficient with Technology

  • Contribute with self-generated sales

  • The ability to have sensitive conversations surrounding performance

  • Access to reliable transportation - travel to client's homes, meetings, etc.

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

  • Must be free of non-compete agreements in residential roofing

    COMPENSATION

  • Base plus commission (no cap)

  • Pay range: $95,000 - $150,000 base + commission

  • District Managers may increase their personal income through selling
