We have great opportunity for a Financial Analyst / Business Analyst to support our Logistics Team.
This is a hybrid position based in our headquarters in Lisle.
Responsibilities
Involved in finance and accounting activities.
Conducts financial analyses; develops and prepares financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports and tax returns.
Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets.
Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of finance and general accounting experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 1 year of finance and general accounting experience
OR
- At least 5 years of finance and general accounting experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Strong Financial Analysis/Modeling skills
Strong analytical skills: ability to compile data and effectively problem solve high-level, strategic initiatives
Strong understanding of business principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring message to audience
Advanced MS Excel skills strongly desired
Self-starter with ability to operate independently, identify and implement process improvements, and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility
