Walmart People Manager - NSO (Onsite Human Resources Position - Fulfillment Center) in Litchfield Park, Arizona

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.

We are currently seeking a People Manager to join our team at our Litchfield Park, AZ facility. This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. You must have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Option1: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area.

  • Option 2: Associate's degree in business, human resources, or related area and 1 year's supervisory or human resource experience.

  • Option 3: 2 years' supervisory or human resource experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience HR generalist experience

  • Management experience in human resources.

  • HRCI or SHRM HR Professional certification

  • Have worked in Retail, Manufacturing or Warehouse

  • Project management experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages talent pipelines, succession planning, and talent programs

  • Analyzes talent data and identifies workforce trends

  • Provides resources for talent and workforce development

  • Supports mentorship programs

  • Leverages talent for career advancement and retention

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and execute People strategies

  • Utilizes data to ensure accuracy and track plan progress

  • Identifies and addresses process improvement opportunities

  • Leads technology adoption and implementation

  • Supports associates and resolves People process breakdowns

  • Identifies business needs and establishes contingency plans

  • Owns talent acquisition strategy and recruitment processes

  • Manages scheduling and improves workforce management

  • Coordinates talent review activities and adjusts workforce plan

  • Oversees consistent application of People practices and programs

  • Measures program results and identifies execution gaps

  • Models compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity

  • Coordinates job-related activities and supports customer and business needs

  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and supports company values and standards

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
