Job Title: Set Up Technician

Job Description

As a Set Up Technician, you will be responsible for making necessary adjustments, conducting minor repairs, and managing changeovers to equipment and the manufacturing process to ensure acceptable product quality and production standards for assigned machines. You will ensure the safe, proper setup, and maintenance of blow molding machines & equipment to support production demands. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of your assigned machines, including the productivity and quality of products, making all necessary adjustments and minor repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You will assist or perform setups and changeovers of production equipment based on established standards to achieve acceptable product quality under the direction of leadership.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Little Canada, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Plastic manufacturing environment with 6 blow molding lines. The facility is very clean and features newer automated equipment.
