Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues and malfunctions in equipment or systems.
- Troubleshoot and pinpoint root causes of electrical problems.
- Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to assist in diagnostics.
- Develop repair plans and strategies to address identified electrical issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements on electrical components such as wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Install, configure, and calibrate electrical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop innovative solutions to complex electrical problems.
- Communicate with customers to gather information about electrical issues and provide updates on service progress.
- Explain technical concepts and repair procedures to customers clearly and understandably.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Document service activities, including diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations, for future reference.
