Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking a Licensed Architect or Architect Intern eligible for licensing who is AICP certified or certifiable, for our Little Rock, AR location. Experience in urban design, campus planning, community development planning, military installation master planning, and/or area development planning required. Bachelors Degree required. The position will include work in all aspects of the master planning process, from start to finish. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential the job functions listed below.

What to Expect:

This position is best suited for ambitious individuals who enjoy working with people and are inspired through creativity, innovation, and collaboration. The Master Planner/Urban Designer will prepare for and direct data gathering, meetings and interviews with key stakeholders and leaders, document and analyze findings, develop solutions, produce and present final planning documentation. They must exhibit signs of leadership, problem solving by applying the foundational principles of good design and planning.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Lead the planning team

Coordinate and conduct project meetings, interviews, and surveys

Analyze, organize, document, and assess charrette and survey data.

Use charrette and survey data assessment to help out clients create their vision for their campus, installation, city, development, or community.

Develop COA\'s, priorities, key concepts, plans, and other relevant results from the assessment.

Create a master plan that provides actionable steps.

Manage and produce content, products, and final deliverables required.

Present final products to our clients and key stakeholders

Participate in interviews for new planning projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Architectural License or Licensing Eligibility

AICP Certification or Certification Eligibility

Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in architecture

3+ years of experience in campus, community, and/or military installation master planning.

Revit, CAD, and Photoshop experience

Experience conducting planning charrettes and workshops.

Experience writing and producing master planning documents and plans.
