Robert Half Project Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas, 72227, United States. The role involves managing various construction projects in different phases such as planning, procurement, execution, and close-out. This job will require excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration among the project team, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Guide construction projects from the planning phase to close-out.

• Ensure smooth collaboration between internal staff, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, promptly addressing and resolving issues.

• Oversee the procurement, scheduling, and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines and control costs.

• Analyze project documentation to assess and report on project status and completion levels.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budget, and scope.

• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to prioritize and address urgent project needs.

• Use Agile Scrum and ERP to manage projects and align them with business objectives.

• Utilize formal project management and budget processes to ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in a related industry

• Proficiency in working with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management

• Strong understanding of budget processes and financial management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in construction industry or related projects would be advantageous

• Formal project management qualifications or certifications would be preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage diverse stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make well-judged decisions

• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
