Confidential Employer Assistant Property Manager in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania
Assistant Property Manager responsibilities include:
Building positive relationships with staff members, prospective and current tenants
Showing properties to prospective tenants, answering relevant questions, and processing tenant applications
Basic bookkeeping and processing of accounts payable and receivable
Manage tenant accounts, rent collections and tenant notices
Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants using online outlets
Maintain organized and updated resident files and records
Follow weekly and monthly checklists
Report any problems or issues to the property manager
Fill in for Property Manager when they are unavailable
Requirements and skills
Valid PA driver's license
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills including Word programs.
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Bending/lifting 30 lbs
A high school diploma or equivalent
