Finance Analyst, Bioprocess Cell Culture for Global Life Sciences Solutions USA LLC in Logan, UT, to serve as a controller of Single Use Bag manufacturing facility. Set annual, SKU level standard costs with associated inventory revaluation and provide FIFO accounting. Ensure accurate account reconciliations, timely manufacturing job closures, and monthly reporting. Drive variance analysis, including purchase price, manufacturing, and other variances. Implement and measure additional KPIs to drive profitability, including inventory turns, material production costs, productivity, machine utilization, and labor efficiency. Provide additional ad hoc analysis related to sister single use manufacturing plants as needed. Provide financial analysis support on Cytiva business units. Drive visibility to business performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Help expand margins by analyzing price, product mix and cost positions. Support strategic decisions by putting together business cases for investments such as R&D and capital expenditures. Coordinate multiple functions by helping align demand and supply expectations, maintaining dialogue with the regional commercial organizations. Identify opportunities for growth and margin expansion with insightful business analysis. Optimize capital and operational efficiency by studying inventory and capex investments and seeking opportunities to reduce late deliveries. Support and drive inventory improvement initiatives. Participate in critical business events and strategic decisions with a unique, holistic business perspective.

Requires: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a Financial Analyst or related occupation conducting financial analysis and planning. Experience must include: Reviewing product margins to identify opportunities to maximize profit growth; Calculation profitability, operational indicators, COGS, cost behavior analysis; Capital budgeting processes; Preparing inputs for analytical reports on regular basis (KPI calculation, executive summary and reviews for management); Building financial forecasts/modeling in Excel and conducting analysis and comparison of actual performance to forecast; Providing Investment project Evaluations & Scenario Based Modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI, Savings); Using Finance Business Intelligence, including SQL, Dashboards Design in BI tools (ex. Tableau); Balance Sheet account reconciliations related to inventory; and Standard Cost experience including job closures and variance reconciliations. Position requires up to 20% domestic travel.
