International Logistic Clerk

Department: Operations

Reports to: Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Essential Functions:

Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each

account.

Receive, organize, and respond to emails sent by various customers and factories

regarding missing or inaccurate shipping documentation.

Communicate and collaborate with internal accounting team to ensure invoices and

billing packets are submitted accurately and on time.

Create and update SOP's and update excel templates to streamline efficiency.

Collaborate with internal import team to manage accounts and trouble shoot various

issues including document submission, document/invoicing accuracy, prioritization, etc.

Update and maintain internal system (Net Suite) and various assigned tasks upon

request.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed:

HS diploma

Basic knowledge of Excel

Basic knowledge of overall business operations, preferred
