Position: Account Based Marketing, Senior Specialist

Location: London

The Job

You’ll be working with the Global ABM team in driving account engagement in key accounts through executing, analysing, and optimizing insight driven, hyper-personalized ABM programs to meet business goals

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth research into key accounts, providing insights into their objectives & pain points, existing engagement and key target contacts/leads

  • Using insights, assist in the development of customer-centric messaging and content

  • Execute multi-channel ABM tactics, including email, social media, digital advertising, web personalisation, workshops/events (virtual/physical) and direct mail.

  • Report on campaign performance and account engagement with actionable outcomes for both sales (what they should do next) and marketing (what tactics/messaging should we do more/less of)

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our marketing efforts.​

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience/knowledge

  • Experience in b2b marketing customer-focused role, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Experience working with sales or customer facing teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate through all levels of the organisation.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ABM strategies.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience using various marketing automation, ABM platforms and CRM systems. Preferably Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase and Pathfactory.

  • Some experience executing digital Ad campaigns, preferably in LinkedIn.
