Overview

Join Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) as a Senior Investment Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in global media investment and accountability . Working with major international clients, you'll ensure media buying efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ROI , while managing high-profile audits and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee media buying performance across all channels—TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print, and more—ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

  • Manage global accountability programs , collaborating with clients, procurement teams, and media auditors to optimize media investment.

  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high standards in reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

  • Contribute to new business pitches , pricing strategies, and global trading agreements, helping Publicis win and retain top clients.

  • Work closely with senior global leadership , gaining exposure to key decision-makers and shaping the agency’s commercial success.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in media investment, buying, auditing, or media sales.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across global markets.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a deep understanding of media trading metrics, auditing methodologies, and performance KPIs .
