Join us to revolutionize the way people discover and enjoy digital entertainment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.

Key job responsibilities

• Research and stay updated on local regulations, cultural nuances, and industry best practices related to content policies.

• Collaborate with legal, content, and compliance teams to develop comprehensive content policies tailored to each country's requirements.

• Evaluate and refine existing content policies to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and user expectations.

• Analyze regulatory frameworks and societal norms in different countries to ensure compliance with guidelines.

• Work closely with regional teams to localize content policies

• Collaborate with customer support, moderation, and legal teams to investigate reported content violations and take appropriate actions.

• Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and regional teams regarding content policy matters.

• Communicate policy updates, enforcement actions, and compliance requirements effectively

• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability regarding content policies

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential content-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor industry trends/feedback, and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging risks and challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation measures and ensure a safe and compliant content environment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Extensive experience in content policy development, preferably in the streaming or digital media industry.

• Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, content moderation.

• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical policies and procedures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

• Passion for innovation, inclusivity, and maintaining a positive user experience while ensuring compliance with content policy standards
