The AiEX and workflow solutions team works to create solutions the Tradeweb client base, looking to automate processes and mitigate risk across the trading lifecycle. Members of the team work closely with clients, sales, data analysis, product management and technology to define and implement solutions across Tradeweb’s range of asset classes.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing development and promotion of Tradeweb’s Automated trading solution (AiEX).

• Engagement with the AIEX user base to determine requirements for enhancements to the service, building deep relationships with buyside user base

• Identification of commercial opportunities within the AIEX offering

• Working with marketing/sales team to develop roll out plan for new functionalities/products

• Liaison with key clients to advise/consult on rule configuration

• Writing of business specs/business case to present to management and associated prioritization

• Subsequent liaison with technology/development teams

Qualifications

• Degree level education

• Strong commercial sense

• Min 7 years’ experience in FI trading function (buyside or sellside) or automated vendor offering

• Advanced data analytics/modelling

• Results focused;

• Commitment to achieving high standards;

• Team-player; effective communicator
