Group Details:

The Role will be within the Automated Intelligent Execution (AiEX) and workflow solutions team, which looks to provide solutions to trading desks as they become more sophisticated. As a member of the team, the successful applicant will work closely with various teams on the support, client onboarding and analytical elements related to the AiEX/R8fin product offering.

This will be a client facing role that will require an analytical and creative mindset with an aptitude towards troubleshooting and problem solving. An understanding of software technology in the Finance sector is desirable in particular front-office order management systems and execution workflows across Global Cash Fixed Income, Listed Futures and Derivatives.

You will be aiming to become a subject matter expert in R8Fin, a leading algorithmic and spread trading technology, and Tradeweb AiEX an award-winning trading workflow automation toolkit. A successfully candidate will establish themselves a point person for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Global R8Fin Management Team and European Product Management Team to determine areas of growth for the R8Fin/AiR product offering

• Work closely with sponsoring clients to determine scope of additional workflows to bring offering to wider customer base, including:

• FIX/STP workflows

• Development of automated/algo offerings, leverage existing TW AIEX/API offering

• Determination of MIS/TCA offerings to support the business

• AIR UI enhancements specific to European markets/client base to make the platform stickier

• Work with management/product team to size market for new opportunities, build commercial case and appropriate business model for International markets/clients

• Develop and maintain marketing strategy with Global Marketing partners

• Lead subsequent business specification process and interaction with TW technology team

• Work alongside sales to establish sales strategy and pipeline of AIR liquidity taking clients - working to provide marketing strategy, collateral and training on existing functionality and upcoming enhancements

• Act as point person for new AIR client set up. Work with TW integration team to support onboarding of FIX based clients

• Provide training for Client Service Team to provide first level support for AIR customers and serve as escalation point of contact for troubleshooting

• Train customers on new product enhancements as they are released

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree completed or relative work experience required

• Ability to think creatively, strong problem-solving skills and results driven

• Solid track record of customer service / client facing skills

• Understanding front / middle / back-office workflow

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Straight through processing (STP) exposure within the financial environment

• FIX messaging experience at both protocol and format

• 3-5 years’ experience working in financial technology, specifically in futures execution algorithms

• Demonstrated experience in fixed income, futures, and/or adjacent markets

• Strong and proven analytical / problem-solving skills, time management skills and multi-tasking skills

• Series 7, 63 preferred

• Trading or vendor experience (algorithm execution provider)
