Your opportunity
Spearhead complex projects, including Data Centre transformations and Azure Cloud migrations, employing Agile and ITSM methodologies to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Proactively identify project risks and challenges, devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide transparent, regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with IT leadership to align project objectives with departmental priorities and company strategy.
Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems, maintaining high standards of operational excellence and security compliance.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, status reports, and risk assessments, to support effective decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Lead the execution of operational activities such as system deployments and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Responsible for managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and aligned with business objectives.

Must have skills
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Extensive experience managing IT projects, with a focus on Data Centre transformations and Azure Cloud migrations.
Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM/CSM) and project management frameworks (PMI/PMP).
Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, with ITIL certification highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience in a financial, mutual fund, or securities environment is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying risks and crafting strategic solutions.
Adaptable project management approach, skilled in balancing rigor and creativity across diverse project environments.
Demonstrated leadership in driving team performance and advancing strategic objectives.
