Geographic Scope of Role:

•The role will operate predominantly across EMEA region.

Conduct Risk:

• To put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business

Revenue Responsibilities:

•Considering and aligned to the best interests of the client, maximize earnings and profitability from placed business.

• Protect the existing accounts against competitors

• Creation and generation of leads from Japan Practice Group pipelines

• Development of leads to successful conclusion

• Assisting the management and maintenance of database through Japan Practice Network

• Self-generate prospect meetings and liaise with Account Director to create further sales appointments beyond geographies

• Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects

• Drive a team process that meets and exceeds new sales targets through acquisition of in-scope business

• Development of innovation and ideas to create new value proposition to clients and prospects

•University graduate

• Business level Japanese language skill

• Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification

Skills:

• Experience in Global Japanese company is ideal

• Financial Services experience whereby you are selling a product to the market

• Proven sales skills and new business generation

• Enthusiasm, perseverance and driven to succeed

• Excellent communicator – Japanese and English

• Team player

• Attention to detail and quality - 'right first time' mentality

• IT & systems literate (Analytical Broker)

• Entrepreneurial skills to develop innovation and ideas – A problem solving mindset
