Your opportunity

The Service Management Reporting Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organisation's service management activities are effectively monitored, analysed, and reported. This position involves gathering, interpreting, and presenting data related to service delivery, performance, and improvement and includes the following responsibilities and requirements:

  • Analise performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with Technology teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into service performance metrics.

  • Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and meet the needs of stakeholders.

  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

  • Use data analysis to recommend improvements to service delivery processes and assist in the implementation of those initiatives.

  • Monitor the impact of changes and report on progress.

  • Ensure that reporting processes adhere to organisational standards and compliance requirements.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices in service management reporting.

  • Support training efforts to help staff understand reporting tools and processes.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

    Must have skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience with service management software and tools, such as, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • ITIL Foundation certification and Power BI

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex information.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice to have skills

  • Process management frameworks such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma

  • Agile operating experience such as SAFe

  • Financial Services experience/knowledge

  • Familiar with Digital Products

  • Understanding of Product Management framework
