Amazon UKI AI/ML Sales Leader, AWS UKI Specialist Team in London, United Kingdom

Description

The UKI AGS Specialist Team (AST) work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems. The AST teams include work as the deep domain experts alongside AWS customer Account Managers and Solutions Architects. As part of AST, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. As the UKI AI/ML Sales Manager, you will build and lead the Sales strategy for AWS’ AI/ML and GenAI products through a senior team across the area; your team will engage in the most critical AI/ML engagements, leveraging partners, and building new initiatives that drive results for our customers. Your team provides critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and you will work closely with our partner network to accelerate a partner ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals. In emerging areas, your team plays a critical role in providing signals from the UKI area that inform new services, domains, or solutions. You will have a team of AI/ML Specialists reporting to you, each owning critical market/vertical segments for AWS. This is a high visibility role with significant revenue scope.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own overall Sales strategy for the entire AWS AI/ML and GenAI products in UKI

  • Work in partnership with Database, Analytics and Storage teams to develop and execute a cohesive AWS for Data plan

  • Interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as developers and technical architects, to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.

  • Be the voice of GenAI and AI/ML to AWS' Leaders

Basic Qualifications

Experience in GenAI or AI/ML technologies

Extensive experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent

Experience leading teams

Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales management or equivalent

Experience working with cloud technology
