YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A RN SUPERVISOR As a new RN Supervisor at JGS Lifecare, you can expect to oversee the nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assessing resident needs, providing guidance to the nursing team, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This role will require you to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care. The schedule choices for this position are 2nd shift, 24 hours per week, or 1st shift every other weekend. WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR IN A RN SUPERVISOR To excel in the role of RN Supervisor at JGS Lifecare, candidates must possess a valid RN license and have a solid foundation in nursing principles and practices. Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to make critical decisions are essential. Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Proficiency in utilizing healthcare software and tools to document patient care and track resident progress is necessary for success in this position.
